About

Hatsteel Games

I build games meant to be felt, not just played.

How I started

Hatsteel Games began as a solo project, and I still keep it small and focused by working with trusted collaborators and outsourced specialists when I need extra help.

Where the name comes from

The name Hatsteel comes from a single image: a muscular figure with a cigar and a hat forged from steel. It represents controlled intensity: tough, a little unconventional, and built with intention rather than trend. That same character carries through my visual identity, which favors a classic look over a polished, modern one.

What I believe in

Games have grown larger and more technically advanced every year, but scale alone has not made them more fun. Some of the most memorable gaming experiences came from small, focused projects that ran on modest hardware and still brought people together. That is the standard I hold myself to: building games centered on chaos, humor, and heart, made to give players a break from everyday stress.
